Job summary

Longreach Recruitment seeks an experienced Document Controller for a Tier 1 builder project in Western Australia. The role reports to the Senior Document Controller and focuses on establishing robust document management practices across the project lifecycle.

Requirements include proven document control experience in construction, strong knowledge of Aconex and SharePoint, and the ability to work within a main contractor environment with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Experience establishing Document Management Systems and protocols on SharePoint and Aconex.
• Aconex experience is essential.
• Experience working for a main contractor.
• Exposure to design and delivery phases of projects.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
