Based in Perth, you will be a vital part of our project teams, providing project support to the wider business and collaborating across disciplines to standardise documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in a similar document control role.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems.
• Experience with Projectwise, Aconex, QDMS, SharePoint or Teambinder.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Developing and maintaining robust document control practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control processes & procedures.
• Develop & maintain the Document Management System.
• Manage all document flow, whether physical or digital.
• Ensure drawings/documents are correctly identified, distributed, and filed.
• Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure consistency.
• Establish & maintain the Master Document Register with the project team.
• Collate, produce, and submit QA documentation for clients.
