CompuTracts Pty Ltd (Business Name: Connect One Recruitment) is recruiting a Diversity and Inclusion Manager for a NSW Government department. The role is contract-based across Parramatta, Sydney CBD (Martin Place) or Orange, offering a competitive daily rate and superannuation.

Lead the development, implementation and governance of D&I programs, provide expert advice to senior leaders, analyse workforce data and manage a small specialist team to deliver inclusive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I strategies, programs, policies and initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience providing advice to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of department-wide diversity and inclusion programs, strategies and initiatives.
• Provide expert advice to managers and executives while overseeing D&I governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse workforce data, monitor program effectiveness and develop reports and recommendations to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.
• Lead and support a small specialist team responsible for the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
