Dc Support is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join the NSW Government’s Department of Customer Service. You will partner with leaders to deliver contemporary recruitment solutions and attract diverse talent, providing trusted advice throughout the hiring process.

Location options include Parramatta, Haymarket or Gosford with hybrid work arrangements; you will build strong stakeholder relationships, manage campaigns, and contribute to workforce projects while ensuring a positive candidate

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in internal or agency talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills across recruitment.
• Experience delivering multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with clear, practical, customer-focused advice.
• Strong organisational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to excellent candidate experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and provide guidance throughout hiring processes.
• Develop sourcing and attraction strategies to engage quality talent across roles.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
