In this role, you will contribute directly to translating legislative, government-wide, and organizational commitments into practical, everyday workplace improvements. Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role level, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Policy Support: Assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of culture and inclusion strategies, policies, and action plans.
- Portfolio Coordination: Support key diversity and inclusion portfolios, which may include gender equality (and Gender Impact Assessments), LGBTIQA+ inclusion, disability and neurodiversity, carers, multicultural inclusion, and human rights.
- Data & Insights: Analyse qualitative and quantitative workforce data (such as the People Matter Survey and exit surveys) to help identify systemic barriers and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships across business units, support employee reference groups and networks, and assist in facilitating consultations that bring employee lived experience into decision-making.
- Capability & Communications: Draft clear, concise project briefs, reports, presentations, guidance documents, and capability-building resources for diverse audiences.
What You Bring
- Subject Expertise: A solid understanding of contemporary workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, alongside relevant policy or compliance knowledge.

- Communication Skills: Demonstrated capability in written communication, with experience drafting briefs, reports, and engagement materials.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trusted partnerships, engage respectfully with diverse perspectives, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Organizational Development, or a related field is desirable.
Why Join Us?
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements (2 days from office and 3 days from home).
- A supportive, values-driven team culture committed to continuous learning and inclusion.
- The opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee experience and organizational culture.
