Job summary

Norco Co-operative Limited is seeking a casual Cool Room Warehouse Employee to join our Labrador site. In this role you will help pack, load and deliver orders accurately and safely, supporting our 24/7 warehouse operations across three shifts.

Training is provided, with opportunities to upskill and progress within a proudly Australian farmer-owned cooperative. We value reliability and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Forklift ticket required or willing to obtain one
• Ability to perform manual tasks in a cold-room environment
• Strong focus on safety and WHS principles
• Willingness to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, able to follow procedures with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Pack orders and ensure accurate loading and delivery
• Assist with loading/unloading in a busy cold room distribution environment
• Support safe operation of equipment and maintain tidy work areas
• Be flexible with shifts and contribute to a 24/7 warehouse schedule

About The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site in Labrador.

In this Casual position you’ll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you’ll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge.

We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. We run our warehouse 24/7 over 3 shifts so we are confident we will be able to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

On‑job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi‑skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment
• Hold a current forklift ticket and are confident operating in confined spaces (or willing to upskill)
• Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
• Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
• Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
• Have good time management and can meet set deadlines
• Have basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation
• Take pride in your work, use good problem‑solving skills, and make sound decisions

If successfully you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
