Job summary

Norco Co-Operative Limited in Raleigh is seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation. In this Full-time role, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities, support shift performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or distribution team.
• Forklift licence and strong forklift operating skills.
• Experience with SAP in manufacturing.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to coordinate workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.

In this Full-time position, you will be responsible forcoordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shift performance,maintainingsafety standards, and ensuring orders are picked,loadedand dispatched accurately and on time.

You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.

You’llbe a great fit if you:

• Havepreviousexperience in a warehouse,logisticsor distribution environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
• Hold a current forkliftlicenseand have strong forklift operating skills
• Have a strong commitment to safety,qualityand operational excellence
• Can coordinate workloads,prioritisetasks and meet production deadlines
• Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays asrequired
