Job summary

Norco Co-operative Ltd is hiring for a cool room warehouse role at our Labrador site in Queensland. This full-time position involves packing, loading and delivering orders, with emphasis on accuracy, safety and on-time performance.

You’ll join a supportive team and receive on-the-job training while exploring opportunities to upskill. The role requires physical fitness for manual tasks in a cold environment, willingness to work shift work (including weekends and public holidays), and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in a cold-room environment.
• Hold a forklift ticket and be willing to upskill for confined spaces.

Cool Room Warehouse Employee - Full Time

About the role:

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site inLabrador.

In thisfull-timeposition you’ll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you’ll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge.

We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. We run our warehouse 24/7 over 3 shifts so we are confident we will be able to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

On-the-job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi-skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment
• Hold a current forklift ticket and are confident operating in confined spaces (or willing to upskill)
• Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
• Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
• Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
• Have good time management and can meet set deadlines
• Have basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation
• Take pride in your work, use good problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions
