Job summary

Norco Co is seeking a reliable team member for a full-time Cool Room Warehouse role at our Labrador site. You will pack, load and move dairy products, with on-the-job training and opportunities to progress within a 24/7, three-shift environment.

We value safety, accuracy and teamwork. A forklift ticket and willingness to work weekends/public holidays are required; strong time management and basic literacy/numeracy help ensure smooth order documentation.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment.
• Holds a current forklift ticket and confidently operates in confined spaces (or willing to upskill).
• Strong focus on safety and WHS principles.
• Reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays).
• Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation.
• Takes pride in work, uses problem-solving skills and makes sound decisions.

About the role:

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site inLabrador.

In thisfull-timeposition you’ll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you’ll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge.

We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. We run our warehouse 24/7 over 3 shifts so we are confident we will be able to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

On-the-job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi-skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
