Job summary

Norco Co in Raleigh, NSW seeks a Senior Leading Hand in Distribution to lead our cold room warehouse operations. You will coordinate daily activities, support shift performance, and ensure orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse environment, forklift operation, SAP familiarity, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will help manage workloads, mentor the team, and uphold Norco values on a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a warehouse team.
• Forklift license and ability to operate forklift safely.
• Experience using SAP in a manufacturing/logistics setting.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.

In this Full‑time position, you will be responsible forcoordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shift performance,maintainingsafety standards, and ensuring orders are picked,loadedand dispatched accurately and on time.

You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.

You’llbe a great fit if you:

• Havepreviousexperience in a warehouse,logisticsor distribution environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
• Hold a current forkliftlicenseand have strong forklift operating skills
• Have a strong commitment to safety,qualityand operational excellence
• Can coordinate workloads,prioritisetasks and meet production deadlines
• Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays asrequired
