Complete Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator for their Eastern Creek operation. You will plan and allocate daily and weekly transport, coordinate driver assignments for a 10-truck fleet, and keep customers updated on changes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and wholesaling environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar transport planning/allocating role.
• Knowledge of health and safety and fatigue management laws.
• Ability to communicate with and influence at different levels.
• Excellent computer literacy and time management.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily and weekly transport schedules for a 10 truck fleet.
• Coordinate long term orders and keep customers updated on changes.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage compliance and report transport KPIs.
• Update systems and manage the transport scheduling calendar.
