Job summary

Swift Personnel is recruiting for a Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator in Sydney's Eastern Creek area. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, at $35.00 per hour plus Super, with an ongoing position and view to permanency.

You will oversee daily dispatch operations, connect the warehouse, office and transport providers, and ensure orders ship on time while maintaining accurate records. Strong IT skills and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Strong administrative and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and workflow.
• Process customer orders and prepare dispatch documentation.
• Generate and print shipping labels and consignment notes.
• Liaise with freight companies and transport providers.
• Monitor and track outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Provide high-level customer service via phone and email.
