Job summary

Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking a Dispatch Operator in Truganina, VIC. The role involves picking, loading and dispatching customer orders, with a 38-hour week from 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time, while adhering to GMP, food safety and WHS standards. A strong safety focus and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• LF or LO forklift licence is required.
• Experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or distribution.
• Experience with RF scanners and ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and conduct pre-start equipment checks.
• Complete dispatch documentation and load paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Assist with stock movements and cycle counts.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages and mis-picks.
• Follow GMP, food safety and WHS requirements at all times.

Nu-Pure Beverages is one of Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturers, producing and distributing some of the country's most recognised brands. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Dispatch Operator to join our Truganina team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, loading and dispatching customer orders while helping ensure our products reach customers safely and on time.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a full-time position working a standard 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking and staging customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operating forklifts and conducting pre-start equipment checks
• Completing dispatch documentation and load paperwork
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards
• Assisting with stock movements and cycle counts
• Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, damages and mis-picks
• Following site GMP, food safety and WHS requirements at all times

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF or LO Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, logistics or distribution environment
• Experience using RF scanners, ERP or warehouse management systems
• Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Sound communication and teamwork skills
• A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service
