Job summary

Nu-Pure, a leading Australian beverage manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for its Horsley Park site to support production and warehouse operations. You will coordinate material movements, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with ongoing safety and quality standards across the site.

Key duties include staging raw materials, returning unused materials, and ensuring sufficient materials for production.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehouse or distribution roles.

Responsibilities

Job description

Nu-Pure is one of Australia's largest and most successful beverage manufacturers, supplying major retailers and brands across the country. We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our Horsley Park team and play a critical role in supporting production and warehouse operations.

About the Role

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly by coordinating material movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for the safe movement of materials and inventory throughout the site, ensuring production teams have the raw materials they need to meet operational demands. You will also manage inventory transactions, work order reconciliations, and support warehouse efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage raw materials for production work orders
• Return unused raw materials to warehouse locations at the completion of production runs
• Ensure sufficient raw materials are prepared for upcoming production runs
• Monitor production schedules and material requirements
• Complete production work order reconciliations and system transactions
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Manage non-conforming finished goods and raw material stock
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and quality standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an inventory, warehouse, or distribution role
• Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively
• The ability to work a rotating 12-hour day and night shift roster
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Work Pattern

This position operates on an 84-hour, 7-shift fortnight roster, working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am
• Rotating roster across a 14-day cycle
