Job summary

RSEA Safety, Australia’s largest independent safety retailer, seeks a Warehouse Operator for our Distribution Centre in Truganina. This full-time role moves stock through receiving, packing and dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

Working 10:00 am–6:00 pm, you’ll operate warehouse systems and scanners, label and organise orders, and maintain a safe, tidy site. Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

• Forklift licence and operating experience are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming stock.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and shipping docs.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Label and organise outgoing orders for dispatch.
• Store and replenish stock in designated locations.
• Complete stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed.
• Use warehouse management systems and barcode scanners.
• Inspect products for damage and handle returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with wider warehouse and operations teams.
• Assist in resolving stock, equipment and dispatch issues.

RSEA Safety is Australia’s largest independent safety retailer, supplying workwear, PPE and safety equipment across Retail, B2B and Hire.

With a national network approaching 100 stores and a significant B2B operation, we’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution Centre team in Truganina.

The Role

This is a full-time position working from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout our fast-paced Distribution Centre.

You’ll work across receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring orders are processed accurately and the warehouse remains safe and organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming stock
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Label and organise outgoing orders for dispatch
• Store and replenish stock within designated warehouse locations
• Complete regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed
• Use warehouse management systems and barcode scanners
• Inspect products for damage and manage returned or damaged stock
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse and operations team
• Assist in resolving stock, equipment and dispatch issues

About You

• Previous experience within warehousing, distribution or logistics
• Experience across picking, packing, receiving or dispatch
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems or scanners
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following procedures
• Ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines
• Physically capable of lifting and handling warehouse stock
• Forklift licence and operating experience are desirable but not essential
• A valid driver’s licence is desirable
