Job summary

Nu-Pure Beverages in Melbourne's Truganina vicinity is seeking a reliable Dispatch Operator. This full-time role runs 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with duties spanning picking, loading, dispatch paperwork, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners and ERP/WMS tools, while upholding GMP, food safety and WHS standards. Ideal candidates hold a forklift licence, have warehouse or distribution experience, and demonstrate accuracy, teamwork and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Current LF or LO forklift licence.
• Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, logistics or distribution environment.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems (ERP/WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and dispatch customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently; operate forklifts as required.
• Complete dispatch documentation and perform pre-start equipment checks.
• Maintain 5S standards and general warehouse housekeeping.
• Support stock movements and cycle counts; report discrepancies.

Job description

Nu-Pure Beverages is one of Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturers, producing and distributing some of the country's most recognised brands. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Dispatch Operator to join our Truganina team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, loading and dispatching customer orders while helping ensure our products reach customers safely and on time.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a full-time position working a standard 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking and staging customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operating forklifts and conducting pre-start equipment checks
• Completing dispatch documentation and load paperwork
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards
• Assisting with stock movements and cycle counts
• Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, damages and mis-picks
• Following site GMP, food safety and WHS requirements at all times

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF or LO Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, logistics or distribution environment
• Experience using RF scanners, ERP or warehouse management systems
• Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Sound communication and teamwork skills
• A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service
