Job summary

Dincel Construction System is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate arrival, off-loading and delivery of stock from our Erskine Park facility. You’ll schedule outbound orders, coordinate trucks and drivers, and keep ERP records up to date to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations.

You will be a calm, organized team player who communicates well with customers, drivers and colleagues, and contributes to WHS activities and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.
• Previous experience in a dispatch or similar logistics role.
• Confident using an ERP system.
• Strong problem solver who adapts quickly when plans change.
• Excellent communicator who builds good relationships with customers, drivers and colleagues.
• Organised, results‑focused and a genuine team player.
• High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
• Current car driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and confirming outbound orders to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinating trucks, drivers, loads and pickups so deliveries run on time.
• Planning load sequences and building delivery schedules.
• Confirming client account status and flagging payment issues before dispatch.
• Verifying freight contractor invoices for manager approval.
• Reconciling order and delivery paperwork and maintaining dispatch records.
• Keeping customer and project information up to date in our ERP.
• Producing dispatch reports and chasing completed orders awaiting delivery.
• Liaising with customers to manage expectations and resolve delivery issues.
• Working with other departments to follow up on customer orders.
• Supporting site security and actively contributing to WHS, including risk assessments, hazard identification and workplace inspections.

The role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll coordinate the arrival, off‑loading and delivery of stock so our customers get what they need, when they need it. It's a fast‑paced role that suits someone who loves a plan, stays calm when it changes, and keeps everyone in the loop.

• Keeping the log under control
• Timely processing of order returns
