Job summary

Australian Landscape Supplies is seeking a capable Dispatch Coordinator to act as the central link between sales, the yard and drivers at Eagle Farm, Brisbane. You will ensure orders flow from Cin7 to dispatch without chasing, and deliveries are planned efficiently with accurate stock records.

You will schedule deliveries, coordinate with drivers and sales, and keep customers informed of delivery times. Prior experience in building or landscape supplies is preferred, with a hands-on approach to

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a dispatch, allocation or order coordination role.
• Hands-on Cin7 Core/DEAR or Omni or similar inventory system experience.
• Experience scheduling deliveries and working directly with drivers.
• Transport allocation background, including familiarity with truck types, load limits and site access.
• Experience in building, landscape or trade supplies preferred but not essential.

Australian Landscape Supplies - Eagle Farm QLD

You’ll be the central point between sales, the yard and our drivers. A good first year looks like this: orders flow from Cin7 Core to dispatch without chasing, deliveries are planned efficiently, customers know when their delivery is coming, and stock records match what’s actually in the yard.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily order dispatch in : pick, pack, fulfil and close out sales orders

Plan and allocate deliveries across our trucks and drivers, balancing routes, loads and customer timeframes

Coordinate with the sales team and yard staff so orders are ready to load on time

Keep customers updated on delivery times and sort out problems when plans change

Keep stock movements, transfers and receipts accurate in inventory system

Organise third-party freight when our own fleet can’t cover a job

About you

At least 2 years in a dispatch, allocation or order coordination role

Hands-on experience with Cin7 (Core/DEAR or Omni) or a similar inventory management system

Experience scheduling deliveries and working directly with drivers

A transport allocation background, including familiarity with truck types, load limits and site access

Experience in building, landscape or trade supplies preferred not essential

We stock everything from pavers and retaining wall materials to soils, aggregates and steel. Our customers are mostly trade, with retail and wholesale customers too. We’re a team of 15 operating out of Eagle Farm, Nambour, with new sites on the way.
