Job summary

Lextech in Melbourne is seeking a detail‑oriented Discharge Specialist to join our Operations team. You will support lender clients by preparing discharge documents, coordinating settlements, and ensuring a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

You should have at least one year of experience in settlements or a related administrative field, understand the discharge or settlement process, and can confidently work with documentation and lender instructions with accuracy.

• At least 1 year of experience in settlements or a related administrative field.
• Understanding of discharge or settlement processes and lender instructions.
• Experience with loan documentation, property settlements, title work, or PEXA is highly regarded.
