Job summary

Focus Care is seeking Tagalog-speaking Disability Support Workers to provide in-home services in the Blacktown area, Monday to Friday. The role involves personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support, with travel to clients’ homes within a defined location.

Higher hours and weekend coverage may be available. We offer competitive pay with paid kilometres and shift allowances, plus training opportunities, a supportive environment and access to confidential 24/7 EAP for staff

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Available to work minimum 10-15 hours per week — Monday to Friday
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support and travel to client’s homes within a specified location

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients
• Transport clients as needed and assist with mobility
• Assist with domestic tasks and social support; travel to client homes within the service area
