Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home disability and aged care support in Loftus/Sutherland, Sydney. Each client interaction starts with at least two hours to build rapport and meaningful connections.

Applicants should have an NDIS Worker Check (or be willing to obtain one) and a current First Aid Certificate, with 10–15 hours per week availability. Weekend/overnight shifts may be requested.

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently recruiting for participants and clients from Loftus/Sutherland area with services required Monday to Sunday, 9am-5pm. Shifts may suit students studying nursing or a related allied health discipline.

About You:

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, and the role may include weekend and overnight services.
