Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home support across the Northern Beaches, including Mona Vale and Bayview. Roles include personal care, transport and social support with a minimum two hours per participant to build rapport.

Hours are Monday to Sunday, 10–15 hours per week, offering flexible shifts and a supportive environment, with paid kilometres and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
• Available to work minimum 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport and domestic assistance as needed.
• Travel to client homes within the Northern Beaches Mona Vale area.
• Build rapport and foster rewarding connections with participants.

Job description

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each participant, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently seeking Support Workers for participants in the Northern Beaches, including Mona Vale and Bayview.

Services are required Monday to Sunday and may suit experienced Support Workers, students studying nursing or allied health discipline.

About You:

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be available to work minimum 10-15 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.
