Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to assist participants in Sydney and surrounding areas. Roles involve in-home care with a minimum two hours per client, allowing time to build rapport and meaningful connections.

Candidates should have a current driver’s license, be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check, and be available for 10–15 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. You will travel to clients’ homes within a defined area and provide compassionate, client-centered support.

• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Available to work minimum 10-15 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to participants.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Support with domestic tasks and daily living activities.
• Enable social engagement and community participation for clients.

We are currently seeking Support Workers for participants in all areas of Sydney including Strathfield, Ashfield and Merrylands.

Services are required Monday to Sunday and may suit experienced Support Workers, students studying nursing or allied health discipline.

About You:

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be available to work minimum 10-15 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.
