Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to assist participants in Sydney, especially Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Hills district. Arabic-speaking roles are available in Liverpool.

Most shifts run Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 10–15 hours per week to build rapport and make meaningful connections. Ideal candidates have a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle, will obtain an NDIS Worker Check if needed, and are comfortable providing personal care, transport,

Job description

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently seeking Support Workers for participants in all areas in Sydney particularly, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Hills district.

We also require Arabic speaking Support Workers in the Liverpool area.

Services are required Monday to Sunday and may suit experienced Support Workers, students studying nursing or allied health discipline.

About You:

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be available to work minimum 10-15 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.
