Pathway Talent in Bathurst is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers and Community Aged Care Workers to join our talent pool for casual, contract and permanent opportunities across New South Wales. Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, AIN or equivalent; or
• University students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
• Experience with people living with Dementia (Desirable)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• Working with Children Check
• National Police Check (within 3 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
• Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
