Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life on the Sunshine Coast is seeking casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers. Help people live independently and participate in daily activities while earning hourly wages up to $47 per hour.

Shifts across the Sunshine Coast, including Little Mountain to Tewantin, with training and development opportunities. If you’re passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.

• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers on the Sunshine Coast to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
