Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers on the Sunshine Coast. You will help people live independently, supporting daily tasks, meals, mobility, and community access. Training is provided and a family-friendly, inclusive team environment is emphasized.

Shifts span across locations from Little Mountain to Tewantin. We welcome applicants with or without prior experience and offer award conditions with hourly rates that reflect experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver positive outcomes.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support individuals to get out into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assist with mobility (including hoists where required).

Disability Support Worker - Sunshine Coast

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers on the Sunshine Coast to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks


• Supporting someone to get out into the community


• Attending appointments or social activities


• Medication support


• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)

Shifts are availableacross a variety oftimes,and we will work with you to build a permanent rosterthat suits your availability.
