Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Rockhampton is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to help people live independently and participate in what matters to them. A passion for helping others and strong customer service are valued as you join a friendly, person-centred team.

You’ll cover a variety of shifts and receive award conditions reflecting experience, with ongoing training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required to get started; paid training provided.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same; you’ll help people live independently.
• Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting).
• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support someone to get out into the community and attend appointments or activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same, you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting).
• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Supporting someone to get out into the community.
• Attending appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).

Shifts available
