CPL is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to assist people in Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs. Whether you’re experienced or newly passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work to support people to live independently, with shifts across mornings, evenings, overnights and days. The role includes medications, mobility assistance, and helping with daily tasks in a person-centred, supportive team.

Formación

• A passion for people and delivering great outcomes.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s license and/or reliable transport.

• Help them get out into the community and attend appointments.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same, you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Supporting someone to get out into the community.
• Attending appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).
