Job summary

CPL Corporation on the Sunshine Coast is hiring Disability Support Workers for casual and part-time roles. You’ll help people live independently, support daily tasks, meals, and community activities, with opportunities to develop skills through paid training and career progression.

Roles involve shifts across the Sunshine Coast and require a caring, customer-focused approach. We offer award conditions with hourly rates reflecting experience, plus salary packaging and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

• Supporting someone to get out into the community.
• Attending appointments or social activities.
• Medication support and mobility assistance as required.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers on the Sunshine Coast to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)

Shifts available across multiple locations on the Sunshine Coast, from Little Mountain to Tewantin.

Shifts are availableacross a variety oftimes,and we will work with you to build a permanent rosterthat suits your availability.
