Job summary

CPL Corporation is seeking casual and part-time Support Workers to help people live independently in Hillcrest and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily tasks, meals, and community activities, providing compassionate, person-centred support.

Roles offer award conditions with hourly pay reflecting experience, paid training, and growth opportunities. Shifts vary, including early mornings, with a roster that adapts to your availability.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and great customer service.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport or access to commuting options.

Responsibilities

• Help people live independently and do tasks that matter to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support community access and appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support and mobility assistance with hoists if needed.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Hillcrest and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
