Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker for permanent part-time and casual roles at our Ryde facility. The on-site, concierge-style setting requires flexible, person-centred support to help residents maintain independence and daily routines.
Successful candidates will have a NSW driver’s licence, First Aid (HLTAID003/011), comfort with technology, and the ability to respond rapidly in dynamic situations while reflecting our inclusive mission.

About the role
In this Disability Support Worker role, you will provide person-centred, active support in an on-site, concierge-style shared support setting at our new housing facility in Ryde. Assistance is available 24/7 for unplanned or irregular needs, ensuring residents can maintain their independence and daily routines while having support for those ad hoc moments when unplanned assistance is required.
Permanent Part-Time and Casual roles are available.
