Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to people living with disability in the Penrith area, across shared housing or in home settings.
You will join a 24/7 roster, deliver personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and follow behaviour support plans. A NSW driver’s license and a current First Aid certificate HLTAID003/HLTAID011 are required.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred active support to people living with disability. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.
We are currently looking to fill positions in the Penrith area.
Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
