Life Without Barriers is hiring a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred, on-site support at a Ryde housing facility. Roles available: Permanent Part-Time and Casual, with 24/7 coverage for unplanned needs to help residents maintain independence and routines.
Applicants must have a current First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011), an unrestricted NSW driver’s licence, and be prepared for probity checks. Competitive SCHADS rates apply.

In this Disability Support Worker role, you will provide person-centred, active support in an on-site, concierge-style shared support setting at our new housing facility in Ryde. Assistance is available 24/7 for unplanned or irregular needs, ensuring residents can maintain their independence and daily routines while having support for those ad hoc moments when unplanned assistance is required.
Permanent Part-Time and Casual roles are available.
Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
