Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Queensland is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Morooka and surrounding suburbs to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping others and keen to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

No two days are the same: you’ll help people live independently, assist with meals, mobility, appointments and community activities. We offer award conditions, training, and flexible rosters to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great customer service.
• Strong listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid certification and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance provided to obtain).
• Driver’s license and/or reliable transport.
• Ability to work across casual, part-time and permanent rosters.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently and do things that matter to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Help people get out into the community and attend activities.
• Provide medication support as required and directed.
• Assist with mobility and use of hoists when needed.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Morooka and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
