Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is hiring casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Maryborough and surrounding areas. You’ll help people live independently, with duties from meals and cleaning to community participation and appointment support. Training is provided, with a focus on person-centred care and team support.

We welcome applicants with or without prior experience in care. Flexible rosters, career development opportunities, and salary packaging are offered to part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.
• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Support with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Help someone to get out into the community and attend appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support where required and assist with mobility (including hoists).
• Shifts are available across mornings, evenings, nights, afternoons and day shifts.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Maryborough and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
