My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

We are seeking a variety ofSupport Workers in the Ipswich and Logan area.

We have a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster to support in Home duties and community access.

Lived, or support, experience with Mental Health appreciated.

Flexibility & Paid Shifts: If a shift is cancelled within 48 hours and we can't find you another shift, you still get paid.

Higher than award rates-A two-hour shift attracts an average $38.00 - $39.26 rate per hour and we pay a higher sleepover shift allowance too!

Additional Earnings: Kilometre reimbursement, shift penalties for afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Complex Care Allowance: Additional pay for working with high-intensity clients.
