We provide personalised support to clients across the Ipswich and surrounding region. RealCare Assist are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential

• Availability for weekends and non-active sleepover shifts

• NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to apply
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to apply
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s Licence (minimum P2), access to a reliable vehicle, and smartphone
• Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous, though not required
