Job summary

Firstrate Care Services Pty Ltd is recruiting Disability Support Workers for casual roles in Queensland, including Ipswich, Logan Reserve, and Brisbane. You will support clients with daily living tasks, social activities and personal goals, while maintaining records and following policies.

A current Working with Vulnerable People Check is required, with a focus on person-centred, compassionate care. The role offers flexible hours and an inclusive team culture, with ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or similar care role.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in disability support or similar care role.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and tailoring approach to client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Willingness to obtain Certificate III in ID and maintain first aid/CPR as required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.
• Australian work rights required.

Responsibilities
