Job summary

Real Community Services is expanding and seeks enthusiastic, compassionate support workers to assist clients in Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help with daily living activities at home, including personal care, meals, and medication assistance, while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Requirements include 6 months disability support experience, a valid driver’s licence with own vehicle, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Clearance (Yellow Card), and completion of the NDIS

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in disability support role
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
• Blue Card (Current paid employee)
• NDIS Worker Clearance (Yellow Card) and Orientation Module completed or willingness to complete before start

Responsibilities

About the Role

What You'll Bring:

• At least 6 months' experience in disability support role
• A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
• Current paid employee Blue Card
• Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)
• Full Australian working rights
• The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team
• A smartphone with internet access
• Two recent professional references (from supervisors)
