Job summary

Disability South West Ltd in New South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist participants across our SIL and STA houses and day programs. Overnight shifts are included in some roles.

Candidates need at least 6 months experience with disability, current CPR, First Aid and NDIS Worker Check, and must be willing to work across our sites. On shift training, salary sacrifice and penalty rates are offered to support your professional growth.

Job description

Disability South West Ltd is a boutique provider servicing Fairfield, Liverpool, Cambelltown and Wollondilly LGA's, with facilities based in Green Valley, Gregory Hills, Oran Park, Mount Annan and Picton.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and enriching environment for our Participants, with individualised care and support and we are looking for candidates who would like to join the Team with this in mind.

Shift types include: Short Term Respite and Supported Independent Living (including sleeping overnight shifts) Day Program, Community Participation and Individual shifts.
