Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker in Woolgoolga, NSW. You will assist customers with daily living, personal care, and community participation, while maintaining documentation and safety protocols.

The role requires a FULL NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid HLTAID003, and a willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance. Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with verbal and non verbal customers.
• Good computer skills are essential for daily documentation, reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills including cooking, domestic tasks and social skills.
• Provide personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing.
• Mentor customers to explore interests, hobbies and cultural activities.
• Assist with community participation and recreation programs.
• Administer medication safely and follow individual support plans.
• Complete clear and factual handover notes and incident reports.
• Offer support in the home and the community.
• Use diabetes knowledge and PEG feeding skills if required (training ideal).
