Job summary

Unique Support Co on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team providing 24/7 Supported Independent Living care. You will support participants with daily activities, respecting choices and promoting independence.

You will work across 8-hour day shifts, 5-hour evening shifts and 12-hour sleepover shifts, with consistent weekly patterns and competitive rates that reflect the caring role and local living costs.

• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR.
• Valid Licence.
• Vehicle Insurance.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• ABN & Public Liability Insurance.
• Preferred experience within the NDIS Sector.

The role offers consistent, good length shifts each week, varying between 8 hour day shift, 5 hour evening shift & 12 hour sleepover shift.

Our team a sub-contractor support workers working using their own ABN, however there is an option for casual employees for the right person.

We offer competitive hourly rates that increase in the evening, on weekends & public holidays. The hourly rate increases at 8pm Monday - Friday, on weekends and public holidays.
