Job summary

Focused on Care is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker on the Sunshine Coast. You will provide person‑centred support with availability for day shifts and sleepovers, and take part in regular paid training.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or higher, have a Blue Card/NDIS screening, First Aid and CPR, a valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle. Flexible hours, casual and part‑time roles, and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.
• Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card required or obtainable.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training opportunities

Responsibilities
