Job summary

Cality Care is seeking Casual NDIS Support Workers on the Gold Coast to provide in-home care, personal support, and community participation for clients in northern Gold Coast areas. Flexible hours and travel to several suburbs are involved.

Ideal applicants have experience in aged care, disability, or community services, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping people with disabilities. Mandatory checks include NDIS Worker screening and a valid driver’s license.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in various areas in the northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas, including:

About the role

• Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation
• Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals
• Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

Requirements:

• Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements
• Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car
• Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain
• Must have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain
• Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification
• Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references

Appointment to this position is conditional upon the successful applicant holding a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, having the legal right to work in Australia, and complying with any applicable legislative, regulatory or public health requirements relevant to the role.
