Job summary

Complete Care Assist is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers for casual roles based in Wynnum, Wooloongabba, Inala and surrounding areas. You will support participants at home with high-intensity care, personal care and community access, while maintaining a person-centred approach.

Applicants should have experience with disability support, strong communication skills, and a valid driver licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with disability across a variety of settings.
• Capacity to provide personal care, community access and daily living supports.
• Experience with high-intensity supports and complex needs (MND considered favorable).

Responsibilities

• Support participants in their home with high-intensity care and daily living tasks.
• Provide personal care, community access and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist with medications and mobility tasks as required.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.

Based in Wynnum, Wooloongabba, Inala and surrounding areas

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident supporting participants in their home, including high-intensity support, personal care and community access.
