Complete Care Team is seeking a compassionate disability care worker to support a client with personalised, home and community-based care. The role focuses on consistent support, daily routines, and helping the client work toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Disability industry experience is required.
• Understanding of Traumatic Brain Injury and Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
• Enthusiastic, caring, tolerant and dedicated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including showering, dressing and grooming.
• Perform domestic duties such as housework and laundry.
• Meal preparation and cooking.
• Support community access and activities (gym and weekend leisure).
• Provide buddy shifts and meet-and-greet with clients.
• Deliver person-centred care and help clients work toward goals.

Available for various AM and PM shifts Monday to Friday and Weekends
