Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Western Sydney, NSW, Australia is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our 24/7 group home operations. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across mornings, afternoons, and night shifts, helping clients live independently and pursue personal goals.

The role requires availability for at least 4 weekdays and morning shifts (6:00am–10:00am), and a current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).
