Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance on the Central Coast, NSW, is seeking passionate Support Workers to empower adults living in CPA group homes and in Home & Community programs. You will provide respectful support with personal care, meals, medication and daily routines.

You will help build independence, support community engagement and transport, and follow person-centred plans with empathy. Driver licence (P2+), mobility support, and 3 days/week across varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

  • NSW Driver’s Licence (minimum of P2 or above) is required.
  • Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours).
  • Availability across a variety of shift times: Early mornings, Day shifts, Afternoons & evenings, Awake overnights.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple CPA locations across the Central Coast region.

EMBARK NOW on a deeply rewarding journey as a Support Worker supporting our Accommodation SIL Houses across the Central Coast region and our Home & Community program, we are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) team.

About the role

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
  • Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
  • Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)
  • Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
What You’ll Bring
  • A passion for empowering people with disability
  • A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference
  • NSW Driver’s Licence (minimum of P2 or above)
  • Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers

  • Availability across a variety of shift times, including: Early mornings (6am - 9am) Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm) Afternoons & evenings Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
  • The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)
