Job summary

Achieve Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered clinical services for people with a disability. You will monitor care plans, manage health services, and lead nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes across supported living environments.

Ideal candidates will hold an AHPRA RN registration, have NSW driving eligibility, and bring experience with complex disabilities. The role includes Sunday/Monday night shifts with comprehensive employee benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

Current RN registration with AHPRA.
Ability to transport clients in Achieve Australia vehicles; NSW driver’s license.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current NDIS and WWCC certificates.
Experience with adults/children with complex disability.
Awareness of human rights and challenges facing individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centered clinical services to people with disability.
Monitor and review health care plans and health management.
Coordinate and review person-centred support services aligned with lifestyle plans.
Coach and support nursing staff to achieve service standards and budgets.
Engage with families, carers and community partners to support outcomes.
